Morressier’s Session manager

Morressier offers a comprehensive platform that streamlines early-stage research and scholarly communication. It provides easy workflows for submitting and reviewing abstracts and sessions.

"Sessions" are individual segments or blocks of time within the overall event schedule. Each session typically focuses on a specific topic or theme and may include various formats such as presentations, panel discussions, workshops, or roundtable discussions.

My role

I designed the Session Manager module to streamline the "Call for Sessions" workflow. This module allows conference organizers to define and publish calls for sessions, collect submissions, assign reviewers, and determine which sessions are included in the event program. I led the process from the start, assessing the strategic fit of the project, conducting workshops with clients to define objectives and needs, and designing the MVP version of the entire module.
